Please come and voice your concerns about Age Qualified Community (AQC) District in Hilltown on Monday, Feb. 26, 2007 at 7:30 pm!
Remember also this tidy bit of information: We have it from a local expert that the Land Ordinance changes that McGrath has given to the Hilltown Board of Supervisors to implement (see News Herald article below) do not bind McGrath to any plans they've presented thus far.
Yes, this is confusing, but here's the incredible sequence:
McGrath presented plans of an AQC to build in Hilltown Rural Residential Zoning, and is now writing a new Land Ordinance that Hilltown must adopt in order to make those plans possible. But here's the kicker, once Hilltown adopts that new Land Ordinance, McGrath and every other developer in the township can go back to the drawing board and present completely new plans!!!!
So, we are being asked to simply trust McGrath???!
Since McGrath wrote the new Hiltown Land Ordinance, its worth being very suspicious of what it would allow them to do next - it might look very different from what they've presented so far.
